Shabad Love respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information: If you create an account, we store your email and a unique user identifier through our authentication provider.
• User-created content: Notes, Pothi folders, favorites, reminders, and reading history may be stored locally and, if cloud sync is enabled, on our backend.
• Device and usage data: We may collect anonymized usage data and crash logs to improve the App. This data is not used to identify you personally.
• Push tokens: If you enable reminders or notifications, your device registers a push token so we can send scheduled alerts. You can turn this off at any time.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the App's features.
• Sync your notes, Pothis, and preferences across devices.
• Send reminders you have opted into, such as Nitnem or daily Hukamnama alerts.
• Process voluntary donations and send receipts.
• Improve performance, fix bugs, and understand how the App is used.

When you make a donation, the transaction is handled by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment card number on our servers. The provider may share with us the amount, date, currency, and transaction status so we can acknowledge your gift and comply with tax or legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the App (authentication, database hosting, payment processing, analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no online service can guarantee complete security. Please use a strong password and keep your device secure.

• You can disable reminders and push notifications in Settings or your device preferences.
• You can delete your notes, Pothis, and history from within the App.
• You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data by contacting us.

Shabad Love is for people of all ages, including children. We only collect information needed to provide the App's features, and we encourage families to use the App together. If you have any concerns about data collected from a minor, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised policy.
